风景道和自驾游等旅游方式的兴起,使旅游者面临着旅游公路沿线的不确定风险。安全是旅游业发展的前提,科学评价旅游地安全风险对提升旅游安全管理水平具有重要意义。已有研究多以城市、景区为评价单元,没有考虑到旅游地(沿线)安全风险的空间连续性与异质性,且指标量化与权重确定主观性较强,难以客观准确地反映旅游地的安全风险及其空间分布。本文以滇藏公路为评价对象,以网格为基本评价单元,并结合层次分析法、熵权法、GIS栅格加权叠加、地理探测器等方法对滇藏公路沿线旅游安全风险的空间分布与驱动因素进行了分析。结果表明:(1)滇藏公路沿线旅游安全风险整体处于较高水平,高旅游安全风险区主要分布在大理、丽江、香格里拉、芒康、左贡、八宿、林芝以及墨竹工卡。(2)经济基础是影响滇藏公路沿线旅游安全风险空间分布的主要因素,要加强沿线的旅游安全投入,提高沿线旅游安全管理水平与安全保障能力。(3)不同因素交互会加强对滇藏公路沿线旅游安全风险空间分布的影响,在制定旅游安全管理策略时,应充分考虑不同风险因素之间的交互影响。研究结果可丰富旅游地安全风险评价的相关研究,并为当地制定旅游安全管理策略与提升旅游安全管理水平提供科学依据。
Abstract:
With the rise of scenic roads and self-driving tours, tourists are facing uncertain risks along tourist roads. Safety is the prerequisite of tourism development. A scientific assessment of tourist destination safety plays a vital role in tourism risk management improvement. Past studies usually took cities and scenic spots as evaluation units in a model to examine tourism destination risk, without considering the spatial continuity and heterogeneity of scenic destination(or along a scenic road); Moreover, the determination of index and weight in the model was somehow subjective, making the comments on the risk of a tourism destination not comprehensive, and the spatial distribution not reliable. In this study, it took the Yunnan-Tibet Highway of China as evaluation object and took a grid as basic evaluation unit. It analyzed the spatial distribution and driving factors of tourism risk along the Yunnan-Tibet Highway by combining the methods of hierarchical analysis, entropy right method, GIS grid-weighted overlay and geographic detector, etc. Results show that:(1)The overall tourism risk along the Yunnan-Tibet Highway was high, and the high tourism risk areas were mainly distributed in Dali, Lijiang, Shangri-La, Mangkang, Zuogong, Basu, Nyingchi and Mozhugongka.(2)The primary element influencing the spatial distribution of tourist risk was the economic base. Along the Yunnan-Tibet Highway, it was essential to increase tourism safety investment for improving tourism safety management level and safety guarantee ability.(3)The interaction of different factors would strengthen the influence on the spatial distribution of tourism risk along the Yunnan-Tibet Highway. When developing tourism safety management strategies, the influence of different factors interacting on tourism safety should be fully considered. The findings can advance the study of tourism risk and give local government a scientific foundation on which to develop policies and enhance tourism safty management.
