摘要:
简要介绍了水利部新近推出的水土保持率、水土保持率阈值等水土保持评价指标的概念内涵、确定方法; 借鉴水土保持治理率评价指标,建议用石漠化治理率作为石漠化治理评价指标,明确石漠化治理率概念内涵和确定方法; 提出南方石漠化8个治理区和相关省区的近期和远期石漠化治理率(阈值)目标,准确评价石漠化治理成效,科学推进石漠化综合防治。
