摘要:
近年来,随着城镇化、工业化的推进,国土空间出现了用地相互侵占、生态环境破坏、粮食安全受到威胁等一系列问题,国土空间的利用效率与质量提升变得尤为重要。为实现生产空间的集约高效、生活空间的宜居适度、生态空间的山清水秀。本文基于“三生”功能的理念,以攀西地区为例,采用综合指标法对其国土空间利用质量和协调性进行评价,并针对性的提出国土空间利用质量提升的方法,研究结果显示:(1)攀西地区“三生”空间利用质量指数等级不高,生产空间的指数差异性高于生活空间,生活空间又高于生态空间;(2)攀西地区“三生”空间利用质量的整体协调性不高,多数区县处于不协调水平;(3)就经济发展而言,经济水平越高的区域其“三生”空间利用质量协调性相对较高;(4)在功能分区上,城市化地区的“三生”空间利用质量的协调性高于农产品主产区,农产品主产区又高于重点生态功能区,考虑到重点生态功能区自身发展现状和特殊性,应重点强化其“三生”空间利用能力,以实现区域统筹发展。本研究可以为区域国土空间开发以及优化提供参考。
