分析了岷江上游高山峡谷区的水土流失特征、危害、产生原因及发展趋势,当地水土保持工作中存在着一方治理多方破坏,边治理边破坏,破坏大于治理,管理监督机构不健全,法规不完善,政策不配套而又不稳定等问题。这些问题亟待上下共同来解决.
