摘要:
基于网格均匀布点,在纳帕海湿地区采集141个表土(0~20 cm)样品,采用地统计学等方法研究表土有机碳(SOC-Soil Organic Carbon)、易氧化有机碳(EOC-Easily Oxidized C)、溶解有机碳(DOC-Dissolved OC)及有机碳活性水平的空间变异和分异特征。结果表明:1表土SOC、EOC、DOC、EOC/SOC(%)、DOC/SOC(%)均值分别为51.596 g/kg、4.950 g/kg、155.360 mg/kg、10.388%、0.403%,空间变异水平分别为强、强、中、中、中;2表土有机碳和活性组分之间为极显著正相关,EOC/SOC(%)和SOC、EOC分别为显著负相关、负相关(不显著),DOC/SOC (%)和SOC、DOC分别为极显著负相关、负相关(不显著);3表土DOC/SOC(%)空间变异具有强空间相关性,其他为中等空间相关性;4湿地区不同类型土壤表土活性组分含量(均值)和相对值(均值)为一定程度负相关,水分可能是最重要的决定因子,而表土有机碳活性组分的相对值能更好地反映环境和人为干扰对土壤有机碳库空间分异的影响。
Abstract:
Through dividing Napahai wetland reserve into dozens of grids of 1 km by 1 km, this study then sorted out 4~6 points in each grid to collected topsoil (0~20 cm) samples. Totally 141 topsoil samples were collected to measure their contents of their SOC (Soil Organic Carbon), EOC (Easily Oxidized OC), DOC (Dissolved OC) and calculate EOC/SOC (%) and DOC/SOC (%). Geostatistics methods were used to study their spatial variabilities. The average contents of SOC, EOC, DOC, EOC/SOC(%), DOC/SOC(%) were respectively 51.596 g/kg, 4.950 g/kg, 155.360 mg/kg, 10.388%, 0.403%, and the former two present high and the other three medium spatial variability. Highly significant positive correlations were observed among SOC, EOC and DOC, significant negative between EOC/SOC(%) and SOC, insignificant negative between EOC/SOC(%) and EOC, highly significant negative between DOC/SOC(%) and SOC, and insignificant negative between DOC/SOC(%) and DOC. DOC/SOC(%) appeared as strong spatial autocorrelation, and other four medium spatial autocorrelation. Although not significant, negative correlations were observed between the labile components contents (average values) and their proportions (average values) relative to SOC within the reserve, which might be mainly controlled be soil moisture. The proportions of soil labile components relative to SOC can better reflect the effects from environmental variation and anthropogenic disturbance upon the spatial variability of SOC pool.
